After our first hike, we headed up the river a ways to another bridge. It was only a short drive but Ephram was already pretty worn out from the first outing. So we decided to just carry him. He slept the entire time we were here and woke up only when we put him back in his car seat to head to our cabin for dinner. Pretty adorable. Someday we’ll have to bring him back…
The Fall bug has hit me. I do love Summer and I do terribly despise (most) of Winter in Minnesota, but there is this great time in between. A time when everything seems new and different, but not yet frigid and white. Though Fall no longer means Back to School for me, I can’t help but feel like Fall is a new beginning. It’s been a busy week, including a drive up north, great times in the woods (pictures to come, I promise), fall premieres of good tv shows, and a lot of rain. Therefore, I haven’t had much time on the computer. Probably a good thing. Sometimes, you just need a break. But back to that rain. It is pretty crazy to think about, but remnant moisture from Hurricane Karl traveled all the way up to Minnesota…
