Trish & Dusty | St. Paul Wedding Photography
Trish is someone I'd heard about for quite some time actually, because she works with my sister in law. So it was really great to meet her and put a face to the name. And then as a bonus, when I met her finace's family, I found out they knew my other sister in law's family. This really is a small world. I was asked to shoot their reception, which was held at Como Park. So simple yet elegant. And they had great food (well actually I never had any, but it looked amazing!). Receptions are, I think, the most fun part of a wedding. Food, friends, family, dancing... good times.
I love the speeches. I dread speaking in public, but there have been so many weddings where the speeches make me almost fall over laughing. If only I could be that funny, maybe my fear of public speaking would go away.
Dad and Daughter dance...
Look at Trish (the bride) get down with her friends. I had such a fun time watching them dance. I may have been bopping to the beat a bit myself :)
The Groom and his neice. So adorable. I believe this was during the dollar dances.
And the parents of the Groom and their granddaughter. Truly sweet.
