A big catch up with the rest of October. I wanted to group them altogether since, who likes looking at pumpkins in December? Week 41: October 14-20
This week: A normal week at home with a trip to the Zoo on the weekend. Alwyn started climbing everything! And Ephram was drawing pumpkins every chance he got.
We went to the Zoo Boo over the weekend and picked out tiny pumpkins.
Loved incorporating the Halloween Themed Kit, my first Theme Kit purchase.
I also added in couple cards from the Baby Edition for Him kit because the colors coordinated better than with my Jade kit.
I still need to pick up a pack of these to fit this 5x7 Preschool Picture in this week as well. Super cute.
Week 42: October 21-27
This week: A very normal week and I didn't take many photos. But luckily there were a few special moments in there.
I have been in love with that paper from the Midnight Edition ever since I saw it. So glad I finally got to use it!
Since I didn't have a lot of storytelling to do this week, a simple Week in Review card, inspired by Paislee Press, worked perfectly to cover the main events.
Week 43: October 28-November 3
Beau took the week off and we took them down to Galveston to see the ocean and find some good food. We carved pumpkins and took the boys trick or treating. Alwyn started walking! And we had a double date night, which was awesome not only because we had excellent company, but because I came home with boots and skinny jeans!
When I have several photos to use in a week, I tend to use a 3x4 spot for the date.
I may go back and add "week 43" to the NOTES section at the bottom of that card. I was a stickler for writing the week on each spread in 2012 and I've gotten away from it in 2013. Not sure what to do for 2014. Do you jot down the week number in your album?
