I'm unusually current with my Project Life album and the best part about that is that I'm sharing Easter spreads just 10 days past Easter! Our Easter celebrations began the weekend prior with a neighborhood egg hunt. Paired with some fantastic Spring weather, I knew the Studio Calico Easter Card kit would be fantastic for week 15.

Love that many of the photos taken this week didn't need captions - just scenes from the week.
Just like I shared last week, I've fallen hard for stamping on sheets of cork. Stamping straight onto photos just doesn't seem to be my thing. But cork I can do! This bunny ears stamp is also from the Studio Calico Easter Kit.
Week 16 was jam packed with photos & stories. It must have been sunny because I seem to take my camera out a ton more when it's sunny.

This week's spread began to come together with the green train table photo. I knew I wanted to include it because it was so exciting for Ephram. To balance the color I immediately grabbed a few green cards from the Jade kit since they match it so well and placed them on either side for balance. That's usually the route I take when I start pulling together a spread. Finding important photos, matching colors in other photos or Project Life cards, and balancing it out on the spread to please the eye. Then fill with black & white.
I don't use the folded journaling cards often enough. There was a personal family event that I wanted to include the details about this week though, so a journaling card worked perfectly. To add the "more" + arrow, I used the Project Life alpha stickers, painted with water colors over it, then removed the stickers.
A photo filled week means I needed an insert. This time Design J. & numerous Studio Calico cards since I was in a playful mood.
