I'm Donya, a Minneapolis Lifestyle Photographer who specializes in family, child, and baby photography and based just west of Houston, Texas. I absolutely love telling the stories of families and children through the lens of my camera. Other things I love? On Sunday, my oldest Grandpa turned 98 years old. How amazing is that? He still walks almost everyday, which makes me so happy. He absolutely loves seeing Ephram, his first great grandchild. In addition to my Grandpa’s birthday, we celebrated my favorite little cousin, Jenny’s birthday. I so wish we could see her more often. I remember babysitting her when she was Ephram’s age. (hmm.. My cute niece and nephew visited last weekend. Dressed all summery, we took a few pictures out at the park quick. I can’t believe how old they are getting!
It’s a rarity for Beau and I to have a three day weekend off together, especially on a real weekend. But we had one, and we decided we better use it to visit the cabin at least once this year. (Unfortunately, he missed an awesome storm chase day in the Dakotas as a result…) Ephram seemed to enjoy visiting the cabin. New scenery. He loved looking at everything new.
